Facilities
Our Centrifuge and Filtering System
This is the first stage of our extraction process, here we remove the cannabinoids from the hemp plant using ethanol. Once the plant material is stripped, we heavily filter the solution to remove any unwanted materials.
Our Falling Film Evaporation Process
At this phase in the extraction process we remove most of the ethanol from the solution.
Removing Residual Solvents and Decarboxylating
Once the majority of the ethanol is removed from the solution, we transfer the concentrated solution to our Rotary Evaporator. Here we remove the remaining ethanol and then decarboxylate the crude oil.
Our Molecular Distillation Equipment
Once the crude is fully decarboxylated, it is transferred to our distillation unit. Here we separate the cannabinoids from the crude to create our high quality CBD or CBG distillate.
